Perlu dicek terlebih dahulu BM dari sales (supervisor) yang ingin diresignkan. Jika BM yang dari sales tersebut sudah resign atau inactive, maka BM perlu diganti ke BM yang masih aktif. Setelah itu, sales bisa diresignkan.
