User Tidak Bisa terhubung ke suatu web
Cara Penanganan :
- Pastikan ke web tertentu saja atau semua Web yang tidak bisa terkoneksi
- Jika web tertentu coba gunakan Browser lain, jika bisa hubungi tim BSI untuk lakukan clear cache pada browser/pengecekan lebih lanjut.
- Jika semua WEB tidak bisa coba RESTART Laptop lebih dulu
- Jika masih tidak bisa, hubungi TIM IT BSI untuk penanganan lebih lanjut.
