Nomor rangka (Chassis) tidak ada di Inventory New Vehicle

  1. Cek nomor rangka di DNet
  2. Ambil SONumber, cari di menu Purchase Order. Jika tidak ada datanya, bantu tarik dari Azure
  3. Jika ada datanya dengan status Release, cek Purchase Receiptnya by DONumber.
  4. Jika tidak ada data Purchase Receipt, bantu tarik dari Azure

Resolution level : FAQ(A-L1)

Registered FAQ : Not
