Tidak bisa login FDMA dengan notifikasi User tidak aktif

Penyebab:

Status salesman dalam sistem DMS adalah tidak aktif.

Langkah yang perlu dilakukan:

Minta Sales Admin untuk mengecek status Employee di DMS. Pastikan:

  • Status Employee: Aktif
  • Interface status: “Berhasil Dikirim”

Jika status tidak aktif, Sales Admin harus mendaftarkan ulang employee tersebut di DMS.

Setelah status aktif, silakan lakukan registrasi ulang FDMA menggunakan password kode dealer.
