- Cek prospect sudah Won atau belum di SFID
- Cek prosect di menu Suspect dan Prospect
- Copy nomor Exdil dan cari di Advanced Find - External Dealer Interface Log - SFID Log
- Cek apakah ada error pada interface nya
- Jika tidak ada error cek data interface di Database
- Update sequence yang stuck di Status 2 menjadi 1 untuk menjalankan Interface kembali
- Tunggu sampai semua sequence Status 3 dan di DMS Prospect status menjadi Won
