Prospect tidak muncul di DMS

  1. Cek prospect sudah Won atau belum di SFID
  2. Cek prosect di menu Suspect dan Prospect
  3. Copy nomor Exdil dan cari di Advanced Find - External Dealer Interface Log - SFID Log
  4. Cek apakah ada error pada interface nya
  5. Jika tidak ada error cek data interface di Database
  6. Update sequence yang stuck di Status 2 menjadi 1 untuk menjalankan Interface kembali
  7. Tunggu sampai semua sequence Status 3 dan di DMS Prospect status menjadi Won
