Mengapa proses Claim gagal kirim, pada kolom Log, muncul pesan "can't backdate transaction"?

1. Check pada field "Claim Date", pastikan tanggal claim sesuai dengan tanggal hari itu (curent date)
2. Jika tidak sesuai, ubah tanggal claim, lalu klik save/simpan
3. Ubah Interface Handling menjadi "Kirim Ulang"
4. Klik Save/Simpan
